Ideal for exercises to target your glutes, quads, hips, core, and more.
Yellow 12" Mini Band, 1/4" diameter - 5-15 LB resistance
Red 12" Mini Band, 1/2" diameter - 15-30 LB resistance
Black 12" Mini Band, 3/4" diameter - 25-45 LB resistance
Purple 12" Mini Band, 1 1/4" diameter - 35-75 LB resistance
Green 12" Mini Band, 1 3/4" diameter - 45-115 LB resistance
