Our selectorized biceps machine uses a 160lbs weight stack at 1:1 ratio (you pull the true weight). The handle's angle can be quickly adjusted with a pop pin. The biceps machine's handle also rotates to your desired position for ideal comfort and support throughout the bicep curl exercise. The seat is adjustable to accommodate users of different heights.
