Our power cage with plate loaded functional trainer is great for any home or commercial gym. Bench press or perform squat workouts inside the power cage with the safety arms. You can move the j-hooks to the outside of the power cage to also squat or bench.
Using the functional trainer you can perform exercises such as tricep extension, bicep curl, lat pulldown, chest press, squats, rows, deltoid raise, leg exercises and more.
