Improve your upper body strength with our selectorized chest press machine. The chest press machine's arms move independently to allow you to focus on building up strength and the size of your chest muscles on both sides of your body. Pushing down on the foot rest positions the arms just in front your body to start the exercise. The seat is adjustable to accommodate users of different heights. Our chest press comes with a 200lbs weight stack at 1:1 ratio (you press the true weight).
