The larger split pad design maximizes user comfort. The GHD adjusts to multiple horizontal positions accommodating for any user size. The roller pads are also adjustable for your preferred foot positioning on the oversized, diamond plated foot plate.
Band pegs are included to add resistance & increase the difficulty to exercises such as reverse hypers, back extensions, and glute raises.
