Target your mid and lower back muscles with our lat pulldown low row. Our lat pulldown low row PL7399 is full commercial grade, constructed of 3" X 3" tubing, 11 gauge steel. The lat pulldown low row also uses aluminum pulleys for the smoothest cable pulls and to ensure they will last a lifetime. The seat can quickly collapse down for seated rows or fold back up for lat pulldown workouts. The height of the lat pulldown bar can be easily adjusted with a pop-pin to accommodate users of all sizes. The weight stack is 200lbs and 1:1 ratio which means you are pulling the true weight.
